Notes: At six o'clock PM the rain rate slowed substantially so I checked my gauge. Have received over an inch or rain in 40 minutes with the majority of it occurring in about 30 minutes elapsed time. 1.1" is just an estimate based upon looking at the gauge and not actually measuring the volume as it is over 1 inch. It is still raining an there is still lightning activity in the area. There was very small hail (rice size) that fell for a few minutes around 5:35PM but it was not heavy and would be easy to overlook.
