comments: I have notes with exact times, but cant find it, so I'm giving up for now,
and giving you what I have. I took photos at 1:45 p.m. right after it ended. There were 3
sizes of hail (which is very unusual for me): rice size, pea size, and 1/2" size=
mostly 1/2" size. It almost covered the ground, only about 1/2" (or less)
between them. I have photos of the ground; and of the pile up at the side of the deck; not
quite an inch tall. I brought some in to melt, and it left hard tiny black specks (of
dirt). The rain started first and was very heavy, and produced .32 of water, and maybe 10
minutes later the hail joined in, and they both stopped at close to the same time.
