Notes: Since we have had minimal snow this event becomes significant. Maybe not because
of snow but because of temperatures as many trees are leafed out and we will be cold
overnight, does this lead to damage to vegetation? I think so, but not expert. NO accum
roads, elevated surfaces captured best accums, just passing along. Worried about early
leafed out vegetation and projected overnight temps.
