...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL DOUGLAS AND
CENTRAL JEFFERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM MDT...
At 134 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Buffalo Creek, or 26 miles southwest of Denver, moving northeast at
25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Northwestern Highlands Ranch, southwestern Littleton, Roxborough
Park, Morrison, Tiny Town, Chatfield Reservoir, Buffalo Creek,
Conifer, Aspen Park, and Indian Hills.
