* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result. Travel will be difficult for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong winds will also cause areas of
blowing dust which will restrict visibilities to less than one
mile at times.
