* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Eastern Adams and Arapahoe Counties, and the north slope
of the Palmer Divide. (A portion of northeast Colorado, including
the following areas, Central and East Adams and Arapahoe Counties
and Elbert/Central and East Douglas Counties Above 6000 Feet.)
* WHEN...4 PM MDT this evening through 6 AM MDT tomorrow.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall on already saturated soils my cause excessive
runoff and flooding across the warning area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
