National Weather Service Denver CO
244 PM MDT Wed Apr 15 2020
...ANOTHER RETURN TO WINTER FOR NORTHERN COLORADO...
.A storm system will bring increasing snow to the northern
Colorado mountains this afternoon, with heavy snow likely this
evening and into Thursday. Across the plains, rain and snow
showers will turn to all snow later this evening and overnight
and continue into Thursday. The biggest travel impacts will be
tonight with some collection of snow and ice on roadway surfaces
leading to winter driving conditions. Lesser impacts on Thursday
due to snow melting on warm surfaces.
