...WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM MDT TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16
inches, with locally heavier amounts possible and the heaviest
snowfall expected above 7500 feet.
* WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range,
The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the Indian
Peaks, The Northern Front Range Foothills, and The Southern Front
Range Foothills.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel
could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Monday morning and evening commutes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
