...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between one
and two feet of snow possible. Winds could gust as high as 75 mph,
especially over the higher mountains passes and exposed ridges
Tuesday afternoon and evening.
* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass, and Rocky Mountain National Park and the
Medicine Bow Range.
* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel
could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Damage to trees and power
lines is possible.

14 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph with
blowing snow and poor visibilities.
* WHERE...The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and
the Indian Peaks.
* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Icy roads
will make travel very difficult to impossible. Travel could be
very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
