The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from noon today to 7 PM MDT this evening.
* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zones 242, 248, 250 and 251.
* Timing...Today, Noon until 7 pm MDT.
* Winds...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* Relative Humidity...As low as 13 percent.
* Impacts...Any fire that develops will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning should be avoided, as well as any activity
that may produce a spark.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
