700 PM MDT...
At 607 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers and a
couple embedded thunderstorms along a line extending from near
Hereford to 3 miles east of Fort Lupton, or along a line extending
from 26 miles southeast of Cheyenne to 22 miles south of Greeley.
Movement was east at 45 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these showers and
storms. The stronger winds will likely arrive well in advance of
the precipitation.
Locations impacted include...Fort Morgan, Evans, Fort Lupton,
Lochbuie, Hudson, LaSalle, Kersey, Keenesburg, Wiggins, Log Lane
Village, Grover, Purcell, Galeton, Weldona, Twelve-Mile Corner,
Orchard, Stoneham, Riverside Reservoir and Milton Reservoir.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
If on or near area lakes, get out of the water and move indoors or
inside a vehicle. Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
