NORTHWESTERN LOGAN COUNTIES UNTIL 730 PM MDT...
At 649 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 14 miles south of Kimball Airport to 10 miles
east of Pawnee Buttes, or along a line extending from 17 miles south
of Kimball to 31 miles west of Sterling. Movement was east at 45 mph.
Frequent lightning, half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph
will be possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Peetz, North Sterling Reservoir, Padroni and Westplains.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for northeastern
Colorado.
