* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 18 to 36
inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass and Rocky Mountain National Park and
the Medicine Bow Range.
* WHEN...Until midnight MST Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage. The cold wind
chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
