A STRETCH OF WARM AND DRY WEATHER INTO THE MIDDLE PART OF NEXT WEEK
-A stretch of warm and dry weather can be expected through the middle part of next week as high pressure dominates weather pattern over the District. A relatively light NW flow aloft today will provide sunny to mostly sunny skies and near normal temperatures in the upper 70's to lower 80's over the plains. Winds will be light and variable,generally less than 10mph.

A LOOK AHEAD: Temperatures will be warming on a daily basis through Tuesday with dry conditions each day along with plenty of sunshine. Highs on Sunday expected to reach the low to mid 80's over the plains with mid to upper 80's on Monday. Upper 80's are expected Tuesday with some plains locations possibly touching 90 degrees briefly.
