ANOTHER WARM DAY WITH DRY CONDITIONS
-High-pressure continues to dominate over the region today resulting in sunny skies during the day with partly cloudy skies into this evening.
-Temperatures this morning are already in the upper 40's to low 50's as high temperatures reach the low to mid 70's today. Dry conditions are expected throughout the day and through the overnight into Thursday.
-Overnight lows into Thursday will be in the low to mid 40's across the District with slightly cooler high temperatures Thursday in the upper 60's to low 70's. Windy conditions are expected tomorrow with gust from the N/NW up to 35mph during the afternoon and early evening.
STORM RAINFALL POTENTIAL AND DURATION: No rainfall expected today.

A LOOK AHEAD: Continued dry conditions expected Thursday as high temperatures remain around 70. A cold front moves in overnight into Friday bringing cooler high temperatures in the low 60's. A slight chance for a brief rain shower/isolated thunderstorm Friday afternoon, although flood chances will remain minimal. A slight warm up Saturday with high temperatures back around 70. A slightly better chance for afternoon rain showers/isolated thunderstorms Saturday evening with skies clearing into Sunday.
