-Message 1's will be allowed to expire at 8:00 pm as the threat for heavy rainfall has ended for the day.
-Isolated areas of showers persist over the District, with additional isolated rain showers possible over the next 2-3 hours, but rainfall rates will be light and produce minimal runoff. Chances for isolated rain showers will taper off after 11:00pm as skies gradually clear through the overnight.
-Warmer tomorrow as high temperatures reach the mid to upper 80's. A decrease in surface and upper-level moisture will limit storm activity across the District tomorrow with no threat for heavy rainfall at this time.
