DRY WITH SEASONAL TEMPERATURES
-Dry westerly flow aloft will result in a nice day across the District with mostly sunny skies and temperatures close to seasonal averages for mid to late September.
-Highs today will climb into the mid to upper 70s on the plains. In the foothills, highs will reach the low to mid 70s.
-Skies will remain mostly clear tonight with overnight lows in the upper 40s on the plains.
STORM RAINFALL POTENTIAL AND DURATION: No rainfall is expected today or this evening.

A LOOK AHEAD: Dry conditions are expected through the week as upper level flow remains westerly which will usher in drier air across the District along with temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s through the week.
