WARM WITH DRY CONDITIONS TODAY
-Another gorgeous day for the Denver Metro area as westerly upper level flow continues ushering in dry air over the region resulting in sunny skies with breezy conditions throughout the day.
-Temperatures along the plains today will be in the upper 70's to low 80's on the plains with mid to upper 70's for the foothills.
-Clear skies overnight will bring mild, dry conditions with low temperatures reaching the upper 40's to low 50's across the District.
STORM RAINFALL POTENTIAL AND DURATION: No rainfall is expected today or this evening.

A LOOK AHEAD: Unseasonably high temperatures Thursday with highs expected in the mid to upper 80's, 10 degrees above normal for this time of year, will bring another beautiful day for Denver before an abrupt change on Friday. A strong cold front will makes its way through the District from the north, bringing high temperatures down into the low 70's along with a good chance for showers and an isolated thunderstorm, although rainfall amounts are expected to stay well below any flooding concerns. Saturday will warm back up to the upper 70's to low 80's along with another slight chance for an afternoon/evening shower/isolated thunderstorm, although with warmer temperatures and low available surface moisture, expect high based showers/isolated thunderstorms. Sunday will begin to dry back out as high pressure begins to build back into the region.
