-A single lingering rain shower remains just south of Boulder and will be dissipating over the next 20-30 minutes. No additional rain showers are expected through the rest of the evening and overnight.
-High-pressure will start to build tomorrow leading to even warmer high temperatures with mid to upper 90's likely in the afternoon. Much drier air will lead to dry conditions throughout the day and evening tomorrow.
