| - | A moist, surface gust front/outflow boundary has moved into the District and is initiating thunderstorms over NE portions of the District currently. Dew points behind this front/boundary have increased into the low to mid 50's which will result in the threat for thunderstorms with heavy rainfall and possibly severe weather. |
