MESSAGES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED FOR THE ENTIRE DISTRICT UNTIL 11:00PM
-Message 1's have been extended until 11:00pm for the entire District.
-Slow-moving thunderstorms continue to impact Boulder County this evening, and a gust front has triggered additional thunderstorms just east of the District boundary in Arapahoe County as well. Storms this evening are exhibiting slow and erratic movement, with the potential for additional development in the District over the next couple of hours.
-Dewpoints remain well in the 50s across the District, which will result in heavy rainfall potential with moderate to strong thunderstorms. Storm activity should gradually diminish by late this evening.
STORM RAINFALL POTENTIAL AND DURATION: Weak thunderstorms will produce rainfall amounts of 0.1-0.4" in 10-30 minutes. Stronger thunderstorms will produce rainfall amounts of 0.4-1.2" in 10-30 minutes.

WORST CASE SCENARIO: A strong, stationary thunderstorm produces heavy rainfall of up to 2.5" in 60-90 minutes.
