MESSAGES HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR THE ENTIRE DISTRICT
-Message 1's have been issued for the entire District until 10:00pm.
-Low level moisture has remained entrenched across the District and has not yet mixed out as previously projected. Storms are now developing along a convergence line stretched across southeast portions of the District.
-Additional thunderstorm development is expected this afternoon through the early evening now that the cap has been broken over the District. Storm motions will generally be east to west at 10-15mph, but storms could stall over wind convergence boundaries with heavy rainfall possible.
STORM RAINFALL POTENTIAL AND DURATION: Thunderstorms will be capable of producing rainfall amounts of 0.4-1.2" in 10-30 minutes.

WORST CASE SCENARIO: A strong thunderstorm stalls along a wind convergence boundary and produces heavy rainfall of up to 2.5" in 60-90 minutes.
