-Messages issued for the District will be allowed to expire since the threat for heavy rainfall has come to an end.
-An explosive round of thunderstorms clipped the southern portion of the District this afternoon and has since moved out onto the eastern plains. An additional brief rain shower can not be ruled out this time, although rainfall amounts will be minimal, if any.
-Saturday will be similar with dry conditions expected through the morning with a chance for afternoon and early evening rain showers/isolated thunderstorms.
STORM RAINFALL POTENTIAL AND DURATION: A weak rain shower or isolated thunderstorm will produce a trace to 0.10" in 10-30 minutes.
