UNSEASONABLY COOL AND DRY
-Upper level low pressure system is now located over SE WY and will continue to move NE away from the District today resulting in dry conditions and skies becoming mostly sunny.
-Temperatures will warm into the upper 60's to around 70 for afternoon highs over the plains which is about 10-12 degrees below normal for this time of year. Normal high for Denver today is 81 degrees.

A LOOK AHEAD: Temperatures will be warming on a daily basis through the weekend into next week with dry conditions statewide. For Saturday temperatures will warm to near normal with highs in the upper 70's to around 80 over the plains under sunny to mostly sunny skies. Sunday will feature temperatures in the low to mid 80's along the I-25 corridor under sunny skies.
