COUNTY

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.5-1.5" in 10-30 minutes.
Higher amounts are possible should a storm linger for more than a 30
minute time frame with up to 2.5" in 45-75 minutes

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring in Arapahoe County and the City of Aurora. Storm is
currently tracking along the Adams/Arapahoe County line. Strong
thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty winds, and frequent
cloud-to-ground lightning.
