We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in the following

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce 0.4-1.2" in 10-30 minutes. A slow moving
thunderstorm or a large thunderstorm may result in up to 2.0" in 45-60
minutes.

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring in Douglas County, Arapahoe County, and the City of Aurora.
Strong thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty winds and
frequent cloud-to-ground lightning and possibly a very isolated
tornado.
