Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce 0.4-1.2" in 10-30 minutes. A slow moving
thunderstorm or a large thunderstorm complex may result in up to 1.8"
in 45-60 minutes.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:

Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent
open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring in Adams County, Denver County, DIA, Arapahoe County, and
the City of Aurora. Strong thunderstorms may also contain large hail,
gusty winds and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
