Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorm will have the
potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.5-1.5" in 10-30 minutes. A
nearly stationary strong thunderstorm will have the potential to
produce up to 2.5" of rain in 45-60 minutes.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring in Arapahoe County and the City of Aurora. Strong
thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty winds, frequent
cloud-toground lightning.
