Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorm will have the potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.5-1.5" in 10-30 minutes. An anchored strong thunderstorm or training of thunderstorm cells has the potential to produce up to 2.0” of rain in 45-60 minutes.

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already occurring in Arapahoe County and the City of Aurora. Storm is impacting Arapahoe County and far SE Aurora near Aurora Reservoir. Strong thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty winds and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
