The National Weather Service previously issued a FLASH FLOOD WARNING for the following counties: Adams, Denver, Arapahoe
including: the City of Aurora

NWS has extended the Flash Flood Warning for portions of Adams, Arapahoe (including Aurora) and E/NE Denver County until 10:15 PM. 1-3" inches of rain has fallen across portions of the warned area and showers continue to produce rainfall that may exacerbate runoff.
Prime time for flooding: Current to 1000 PM.

Forecast rainfall: An additional 0.1-0.5" of rain is likely over the next 30-60 mins.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:
X Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities
X Urban streets, intersections, low lying areas, known trouble spots
