We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in ARAPAHOE
COUNTY
including: THE CITY OF AURORA

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.4-1.0" in 10-30 minutes. A
slower moving thunderstorm or briefly anchored thunderstorm may result
in up to 1.5" of heavy rainfall in 45-60 minutes.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring over Arapahoe County including portions of Aurora.
Thunderstorm cell is currently expected to track along Adams/Arapahoe
County line Strong thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty
winds and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
