We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in Arapahoe County
including: the City of Aurora

from: Current to 800 PM.
Prime time for flooding: Current to 730 PM.

Forecast rainfall: Stronger showers and thunderstorms will produce rainfall between 0.40-1.20" in 10-30 minutes.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:

X Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

X Urban streets, intersections, low lying areas, known trouble spots

Additional Information: Training of thunderstorm cells or a large slower moving thunderstorm may produce up to 2.20" in 60-90 minutes.
