AT 637 PM MDT, TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLOODING NEAR THE ARAPAHOE AND ELBERT COUNTY LINE. BETWEEN 2.5 AND 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN.
