We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in ARAPAHOE
COUNTY
including: THE CITY OF AURORA

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to heavy non-thunderstorm rain showers
will have the potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.3-0.9" in 10-30
minutes and up to 1.6" in 60-90 minutes.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:

Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent
open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Low Impact Flooding (LIF) has been extended
until 2pm. Excessive runoff is imminent or already occurring over
portions of Arapahoe County including the City of Aurora.
