Forecast rainfall: Strong thunderstorms will produce rainfall rates of
0.50-1.00” of rain in 10-30 minutes. A stationary, or slow moving
thunderstorm or training of strong thunderstorm cells may result in up
to 2.00" of rain in under 60 minutes.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring in Denver County, Arapahoe County, and the City of Aurora.
Strong to Severe thunderstorms will contain very large hail up 2.5",
gusty winds, and frequent cloudto-ground lightning.
