Prime time for flooding: 400 PM to 800 PM.

Forecast rainfall: Typical showers/thunderstorms today will produce a trace to 0.25" total in 10-30 minutes. Moderate to strong thunderstorms will produce up to 0.25-0.75” in 10-30 minutes.
