in BOULDER COUNTY (CITY OF BOULDER AFFECTED)

Forecast rainfall: Moderate thunderstorms will produce rainfall rates
of 0.25-0.75" total in 10-30 minutes. A strong stationary storm, or
training of thunderstorms will have the potential to produce up to
1.25" in under 60 minutes.
