We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in the following counties: Boulder (City of Boulder not affected, Four Mile Burn Area not affected), Broomfield
including:

Prime time for flooding: Current to 615 PM.

Forecast rainfall: Thunderstorms will produce rainfall amounts of 0.3-0.9" in 10-30 minutes.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:
X Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities
X Urban streets, intersections, low lying areas, known trouble spots

Additional Information: A strong thunderstorm could stall along a wind convergence boundary and produce heavy rainfall of up to 2.0" in 60-90 minutes. Excessive runoff is imminent or occurring. This LIF includes areas east of the City of Boulder.
