We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in BOULDER
COUNTY (CITY OF BOULDER AFFECTED, FOUR MILE BURN AREA AFFECTED)

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce 0.4-1.2" of heavy rain in 10-30 minutes. A large,
slower moving thunderstorm or training of thunderstorm cells will have
the potential to produce up to 2.5" of rain in 45-75 minutes.
