We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in BOULDER
COUNTY (CITY OF BOULDER AFFECTED, FOUR MILE BURN AREA NOT AFFECTED)
including:

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce 0.5-1.5" of heavy rain in 10-30 minutes. A nearly
stationary strong thunderstorm will have the potential to produce up
to 3.0" in 60-90 minutes.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:

Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent
open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring over far SE Boulder County in the Lafayette and Erie areas
as a persistent storm continues to produce heavy rainfall over a small
area. Strong thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty winds
and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
