We previously determined that street and small stream flooding is
possible in the following counties: ADAMS, DOUGLAS, BROOMFIELD,
JEFFERSON, BOULDER (CITY OF BOULDER AFFECTED, FOUR MILE BURN AREA
AFFECTED), DENVER, ARAPAHOE
including: DIA, THE CITY OF AURORA, ARVADA, WHEAT RIDGE, LAKEWOOD

Prime time for flooding: Current

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce 0.3-0.8" of heavy rain in 10-30 minutes.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Message 1's have been extended until 2:00am
Wednesday. Due to rainfall earlier in the evening it may not take as
much rain to produce excessive runoff.
