NWS has issued a Flash Flood Warning for SE Boulder County and Broomfield County valid until 11:00 AM. 1-2.5" inches of rain has fallen across portions of the warned area and thunderstorms continue to produce rainfall that may exacerbate flooding.
Prime time for flooding: Current to 1030 AM.

Forecast rainfall: An additional 0.5-1.5" of rain is likely over the next 30-90 mins.
