Time: 1002 AM Sat June 3, 2023 Forecaster: Justin Brooks ------------------------- MESSAGE 1 Flash Flood Prediction Program ------------------------- STREET FLOODING POTENTIAL We have determined that street and small stream flooding is possible in the following counties: DENVER, ADAMS, DOUGLAS, ARAPAHOE, BROOMFIELD, JEFFERSON, BOULDER (CITY OF BOULDER AFFECTED, FOUR MILE BURN AREA AFFECTED) including: DIA, THE CITY OF AURORA, ARVADA, WHEAT RIDGE, LAKEWOOD ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ from: Current to 1159 PM . Prime time for flooding: 1100 AM to 1159 PM . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.6-1.2” in 30-60 minutes.
