We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in the following counties: Boulder (City of Boulder affected, Four Mile Burn Area not affected), Broomfield
including:

from: Current to 915 PM.
Prime time for flooding: Current to 845 PM.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Forecast rainfall: Thunderstorms will produce rainfall amounts of 0.4-1.2" in 10-30 minutes.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:

X Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

X Urban streets, intersections, low lying areas, known trouble spots

Additional Information: A strong/severe thunderstorm could produce heavy rainfall of up to 2.2" in 45-60 minutes. Storms could also produce large hail of 1.0" or more in diameter. Excessive runoff is imminent or occurring.
