Time: 158 PM Sat October 1, 2022 Forecaster: Brad Simmons ------------------------- MESSAGE 1 Flash Flood Prediction Program ------------------------- STREET FLOODING POTENTIAL We have determined that street and small stream flooding is possible in the following counties: BOULDER (CITY OF BOULDER AFFECTED, FOUR MILE BURN AREA AFFECTED), JEFFERSON, BROOMFIELD, DOUGLAS, ADAMS, DENVER, ARAPAHOE including: DIA, THE CITY OF AURORA, ARVADA, WHEAT RIDGE, LAKEWOOD ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ from: 200 PM to 800 PM . Prime time for flooding: 300 PM to 700 PM . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.4-1.0" in 10-30 minutes.
