We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in BROOMFIELD
COUNTY

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce 0.4-1.6" of heavy rain in 10-30 minutes.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring over Broomfield County. 2-3" or more of rainfall has already
fallen over portions of Broomfield County. Message 2 remains valid
until 9:00pm Saturday. Strong thunderstorms may also contain large
hail, gusty winds and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
