We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in the following

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will produce
rainfall rates of 0.25-0.80" total in 10-30 minutes. A strong
stationary storm, or training of thunderstorms will have the potential
to produce up to 1.50" in under 60 minutes.

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring in Jefferson County, Broomfield County, and Arvada. Strong
thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty winds, and frequent
cloud-to-ground lightning.
