We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in Broomfield County
including:

from: Current to 700 PM.
Prime time for flooding: Current to 630 PM.

Forecast rainfall: Weak to moderate nearly stationary thunderstorms will have the potential to produce 0.3-0.8" in 10-30 minutes and up to 1.2" in 45-60 minutes. Strong slow moving thunderstorms will have the potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.5-1.5” in 10-30 minutes and up to 2.0” of rain in 45-60 minutes.

The most likely areas to be impacted by flooding are:

X Urban streams/gulches; road crossings; recreational trails; adjacent open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities
