The National Weather Service has issued a FLASH FLOOD WARNING for the
following counties: BROOMFIELD, BOULDER (CITY OF BOULDER NOT AFFECTED,
FOUR MILE BURN AREA NOT AFFECTED)
including:

. NWS FLASH FLOOD WARNING ISSUED UNTIL 1:30AM SATURDAY FOR SE BOULDER
COUNTY AND BROOMFIELD COUNTY.
Prime time for flooding: Current
to 1159 PM

Forecast rainfall: This storm has already produced in excess of
2.5-3.5" of rain with up to another 0.5-1.0" possible as rainfall
rates slowly back off over the next 45-90 minutes.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

rainfall is imminent or already occurring.
