We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in BROOMFIELD
COUNTY
including:

Forecast rainfall: Strong thunderstorms will have the potential to
produce 0.6-1.8" in 10-30 minutes. A large slow moving strong
thunderstorm may result in very heavy rainfall of up to 3.0" in 45-90
minutes. Should rain continue for longer than 90 minutes in duration
higher amounts are possible.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring. The Message 2 remains in effect until midnight. Strong
thunderstorms may also contain large hail, gusty winds and frequent
cloud-to-ground lightning.
